MY JOURNEY
I have always been fascinated by corporate culture and the strength of leaders capable of guiding teams of thousands of employees to success.
I have always been impressed by the world rankings of professional tennis players or Formula 1 drivers because you realize that very little separates the leader from number 2.
Everyone must constantly seek methods, training, self-reflection, and support in order to be able to reproduce these feats and try to do a little better each time.
This desire to improve inspires and motivates me every day. It's about the ability to treat patients with the utmost reliability while also using strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
As a qualified specialist orthodontist in dentofacial orthopedics since 2011, my ambition from the outset was to create my own practice. For the first three years, I worked alone. I wanted to explore all aspects of running a practice and be as close as possible to the issues our teams encounter daily.
Inherited from my father, this desire to "create from nothing" led me to manage the Orthosmile clinic in 2024 .
Orthosmile consists of 3 practitioners, 4 qualified dental assistants, 1 dental aide, 4 medical secretaries and an office manager, as well as 2 community managers.
Like many, my team and I have experienced highs and lows, disappointments, but also many wonderful surprises. We had to believe in our ideas but also know when to pivot in the face of the inevitable. We had to embrace technological shifts, start from scratch, rewrite protocols, and accept that mistakes are part of the continuous improvement process.
And we are committed to sharing our experience, and in 2022 we created "Orthosmile Consulting".

With 12 months of support, we guide you through your practice, organization, and communication to help you achieve your professional goals. The coaching includes in-office sessions at our Marcq-en-Baroeul office, as well as bi-weekly Zoom sessions to monitor your progress.
